Kayak Fishing in Louisiana

Where do you fish/launch? All over South Louisiana, in the marsh; Calcasieu Lake, Cypremort Point, Cocodrie, Pointe aux Chenes, Grand Isle, Etc.. Also, various lakes, rivers and streams in Central Louisiana.
What kind of fish do you catch or target? Trout, Redfish, and Flounder in saltwater. Bass, Bream and Sac-au-lait in fresh.
What kind of lures, jigs or live bait do you use? Mostly artificial for all species, but occasionally minnows and shrimp for saltwater.
What kind of kayak do you have? Olive Liquid Logic Manta Ray 14'
Rigging Tips: I use a coke crate with PVC pipes to hold my rods and tackle, and a canvas freezer bag to hold my fish.
